Before heading up to my friend's cabin on Saturday for Girl's Weekend, Sadie's boyfriend, Tyler, returned home from Basic Training at Fort Benning, Georgia late Friday night. He had been there since June and Sadie and Tyler's dad flew down on Wednesday to see him graduate from Basic Friday morning. My Mom and I prepped for their return and went to get some supplies for a Welcome Home poster.
We tried to find little green Army men to super glue onto the poster as well but had no luck. Big red stars would have to do...
It was really windy Friday night (and unusally warm for October) so we had to take out the big guns. Heavy duty super glue since we would be putting the sign outside.

Tyler will be flying out this coming Sunday to Vilseck, Germany for three years of duty. Sadie has started a "Germany Trip" savings account and is looking forward to that trip already.
